last chance: pure luck open 3 nights this week!
7June 9th, 2011LA restaurants, pure luck (closed)as we blogged earlier, pure luck’s official last day in business was supposed to be last saturday. however, due to some escrow dramz the restaurant has decided to remain open for limited hours this week.
here’s the official word i just got, straight from the owner:
Just an FYI: because of delays in liquor license tranfers and other escrow related hijinks, Pure Luck is still in vegan hands for the rest of this week. It’s a very last-minute development, and most of the crew had already made alternate plans for this week, but we’ve assembled enough staff to do dinner service from 5-11pm, this Thursday-Saturday. (June 9-11)
if you missed a chance to eat at pure luck last weekend, i highly suggest you get over there for dinner. it will be a sad, sad day when this restaurant is gone for good.

I will say, however, that it’s starting to feel like Pure Luck is that boyfriend that only calls you when he feels like it, and is hot and cold and never wants to meet your friends or family and you’re never sure whether it’s on or off but NOBODY UNDERSTANDS YOU LIKE HIM <3 <3
