brace yourselves for vegan pizza day!
we’ll start off with the official los angeles vegan pizza day meetup: hosted by vegan drinks, this shindig will take place at masa of echo park and will no doubt be EPIC.
in case you didn’t already know, masa offers the best vegan deep dish pizza on the planet. this stuff is not messing around; it’s a force to be reckoned with. a crispy yet delicate cornmeal crust filled up with vegetables, garlicky sauce, and teese makes for the perfect combo.
i was so excited when i heard that the popular meetup group, LA vegan drinks, had cemented masa as their january venue. if you haven’t been to vegan drinks before, this is a great chance. we are talking awesome food, great booze, and lots of fun herbivores. what better way to celebrate the new vegan pizza holiday?!

I have to work that evening but I think I will stop by Masa for lunch. Their pizza is a force to reckon with for sure and delicious too.
I wonder how many different kinds of vegan pizza I can eat for “Vegan Pizza Day”

That pizza looks awesome! Will have to try & replicate it myself though, since Pittsburgh is a bit far…
