Oh my, yes! I, too, would love to try the taquitos, and the Spring Kale Salad and Sesame Kale Macro Bowl as well!

Are the OC native foods gonna have this menu tomorrow?! OMG I hope so I want that salad!
-
this is a disappointment.. I think at least half of these items are not new? tanya was much more creative with the last menu change.. tough to improve on perfection!

They took away a lot of their great menu items, especially the Wasabi Bean Burger which was phenomenal. I hope it returns one day. And “Mom’s Meatloaf” only stuck around for about three weeks before being replaced by that meatball sub, which I guess sold well enough to remain.

I am in LA Aug 19 through 26… how on Earth am I meant to have enough time to do all the eating I want? Between Native Foods and Veggie Grill, I’m not sure anyone else is going to get a look in. Well, obviously Cruzer will see me.
All of this looks amazing. Meatballs are the food of champions.

Native Foods is coming to Chicago and this Summer will not be coming fast enough. These new menu items look killer!

OH! Since we had to go to Westwood today, we had lunch at the Westwood Native Foods and the food was out of this world! There was no way I could NOT try the sweet potato taquitos, and I’m so glad because they were melt-in-your-mouth HEAVENLY! My partner, who does not avoid gluten, ordered the Super Italian Meatball Sub and thoroughly enjoyed it! I want to try the new Kale dishes on future visits to Native Foods IF I can restrain myself from ordering those luscious taquitos again! Chef Tanya really has come up with some absolute WINNERS!

^ That’s great!!
I had trouble finding parking at the Westwood NF. I need to stop by the Culver City location soon one of these days. -
Second try? April 4th, 2011 at 08:34
My wife is a pescatarian and we went to Native Food shortly after the Culver City opening. We split the Native Nachos and a Twister Wrap. 15 minutes after we were done, my wife got sick.
People seem to love this place. Worth going back to?

Oh, it changed this past Sunday! Silly me….so – I went today, and was sad to see that the Broccoli Curry Crunch salad got the boot. 🙁 The Louisiana Wrap is also gone – but was turned into the new salad and wings. I tried the salad – it was great!

Remembering those SCRUMPTIOUS sweet potato taquitos I enjoyed Sunday, I just have to yell out, “Hooray for GOOD restaurant chains like Native Foods and Veggie Grill!”

both the taquitos and the kale bowl are awesome!!!
i had the taquitos to go and they were still crispy 20 mins later.
they needed some hot sauce, tho. i added plenty 🙂

I had the taquitos this weekend. Was a little scared they were going to be too sweet or overwhelmingly coconutty but they were well balanced. That chipotle sauce was really good.
