we have a winner for the mooi pizza contest! and the prize goes to PETER with:
a variation of a hearty Meatball Pizza called “Mooiball Pizza”:
Mooiballs/Meatballs: (walnuts/cremini mushrooms/nama shoyu/cloves/garlic/ thyme/oregano/crushed red pepper/flax seed oil/sea salt/pepper)
Tomato Sauce: (plum tomatoes/sea salt/pepper/fresh thyme/olive oil marinated sun-dried tomatoes/garlic clove/fresh basil leaves/fresh thyme/dried oregano/ crushed red pepper/sea salt/pepper)
Cheese: (cashews/sea salt/ garlic clove/black pepper/flax seed oil)
And add slices of Fennel and Vidalia Onion.
