miranda, the mastermind behind flore and the meet market has started packaging and selling her very own brand of cashew cheese and vegan nutella-style spread…
…and they are both phenomenal. let’s start with the cashew cheese with probiotic:
miranda's cashew cheese with probiotic. $4.95
this stuff is thick, rich, and full of complex aged flavors. seriously, some of the best artisan vegan cheese available. it makes the PERFECT spread on crackers, but i must admit i ate a ton of it straight with a spoon. oh, and it’s UNDER $5 for a huge portion! if you know anything about buying fancy vegan cheeses, you know that this is a steal.
next up, the chocolate hazelnut spread:

THIS STUFF IS INCREDIBLE!!!!! it tastes almost exactly like the creamy and delicious nutella i used to love, except it’s even chunkier and more nutty. yep, i can tell you this is better than the ‘real’ thing. i enjoyed it on some sliced dried bananas, and it was one of the most enjoyable snacks i’ve had in ages. if you are like me, and you miss nutella immensely, this will DEFINITELY hit the spot.

Do they only sell these at the Meet Market, or also at Flore? I never go to Meet Market because the parking situation is pretty horrible.
