mozzarella teese sticks now at tony’s darts away!
10July 7th, 2011LA restaurants, tony's darts awaydudes, this is HUGE!!! the much coveted mozzarella teese mozzarella cheese sticks (we have been obsessing about them for ages) are now available at our favorite pub, tony’s darts away!

you get a huge deep-fried basket full for just $6.50! PLUS, they come with housemade sauce…and we all know that the sauces at tony’s are crazy good.
i didn’t order any tonight because i just got back from portland, where i ate enough food in a weekend to feed a small country for a month. i sure hope these vegan mozzarella sticks “stick” around (haha!) so i get a chance to try them.
i can vouch (from personal experience) that teese mozzarella sticks are awesome, and i’ve never had less than an amazing food experience at tony’s…so i’ve got high hopes.
check ’em out while you can!!!!!! the menu at tony’s is constantly rotating! check the tony’s website for addy and hours!

I was in college when someone first told me about breaded, deep fried, mozzarella sticks. I thought they were joking because it sounded like the most unhealthy food ever invented! I was vegetarian then and I’ve been vegan for a few years now and I still haven’t had fried cheese sticks. But now I think I want to try these.

if i was never a fan of (dairy) cheese sticks what are the chances i will like these? i feel obligated to at least try 🙂

I like the circle julienned garnish. I’ve gone to T-Darts 3 times and each time I’ve ordered a food item I’ve got this wonderful little side salad included like the one photo’d above. thanks tony & chef (begins with a Q right?, well thanks)
i know it’s not a big deal but it always made me feel like they do really care about vegans. 🙂

Oh man, I just missed them. I’m a NorCal girl but we were driving down to Long Beach to get on a boat and we stopped at Tony’s after seeing it on your website. Meat eaters and vegans were all very happy. The sweet potato fries – seriously? So great. Yummy flights of beer too.
Lucky for me we have teese sticks in Sac town!
