2May 16th, 2011vegan bakersvegans, rejoice. we live in a time when nothing (NOTHING!) is off limits, especially thanks to talented peeps like kim from c’est la v. she runs a stellar blog and bakeshop in LA and makes insane treats that you need to eat. exhibit a: strawberry rhubarb bars.
she recently showed these off at a vegan cooking class, and i can say from first hand experience that they’re hugely nom-worthy. SO GOOD! for a better and properly-lit picture, check out kim’s post.
