this week one of our favorite vegan bakeries ever, c’est la v, is competing for the prize…
set your dvrs for 9pm, and watch kim garr from c’est la v (hopefully) kick some cupcake bakery butts! in even more awesome vegan news, the masterminds behind washington dc’s sticky fingers bakery will also be on the show tomorrow. i wish them well and all, but i really would love for the LA vegans to take home first place. <3
TRUST ME…i know from personal experience that kim is a baking genius. she pioneered vegan cupcakes back in the day while working for leda’s bakeshop, and subsequently went on to launch her very own baking business here in town. all of her treats are ridiculously tasty, and she keeps innovating and adding new stuff to the menu. the most recent addition to c’est la v’s menu is a great selection of vegan cakes…

Congratulations to Sticky Fingers Bakery on their win!!!!!!! I see on their website that they have some gluten-free options!!!!!! Way to go!!!!!
