this just in from baba ji, the owner of cowboys and turbans in silverlake:
free masala dosas for QG readers on sunday july 11th from 11am to 3pm! the passwords for the free dosas is “quarry girl” 🙂
he additionally wanted me to remind you lovely folks to please tip the staff (though i know you are all super generous, and would do so anyways). also, please note that cowboys and turbans will only be making about 50 masala dosas or so, so get to brunch early and stake your claim.

Ooooh, will C&T start regularly offering dosa as a menu item? Not many indian places have dosa…the more the merrier!
